Position Overview
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for the pricing process, including calculating sell-side pricing and reviewing buy-side pricing. Reporting to the Supervisor, Finance – Pricing, the Analyst provides analytical and financial support to the Finance team on price changes and ensures price changes are properly maintained in the system.
This individual requires strong analytical skills, a pricing and/or finance background, and strong attention to detail. The position is responsible for gathering data using SAP and NDCP’s data warehouse, analyzing information, and preparing presentation data in Excel.
Perform cycle counts within all areas of the warehouse as well as compile and report all findings to the management team. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels. Ensure transactions in the system are accurately and timely executed. Ensure Inventory Adjustments are documented, accurately, and timely posted. Collaborate with Operational Teams to ensure compliance and best practice procedures are adhered to.
The Category Manager, Indirect will directly oversee and manage the sourcing of select indirect product and service categories as an essential part of the NDCP Sourcing team. The Category Manager will assist in the development and execution of the category strategy.
This role will be responsible for researching products, generating supplier performance reports, negotiating, creating and analyzing bids, and making recommendations as to how to grow and improve the business through strategic sourcing.
