Summary: IT MAWM Tech Analyst

Incumbent is responsible for supporting ongoing enterprise-wide IT-related strategic initiatives, tickets and request and programs accordingly to ensure they effectively support the organization’s current and future business needs and goals.

 

 

Location: Remote (within an NDCP operational state)

Responsibilities

What you’ll do 

 

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Technical configuration and system setups within MAWM, using the Manhattan Configuration Tools and APIs
  • Develop and support API integrations (RESTful, JSON/XML) for MAWM and any integration with third party system like ERP, TMS.
  • Create and manage MAWM extensions packs using ProActive
  • Provide L2/L3 support, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve complex system issues.
  • Work collaboratively with IT team, business and vendors in understanding, documenting, and enhancing business requirements.
  • Participate in the design, build, validation, implementation, and maintenance of IT application systems and/or infrastructure solutions in support of our current, and future business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT, QA and business for script testing.
  • Conduct technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution for issues identified throughout the implementation lifecycle and L2/L3 Support.
  • Develop technical documentation, including detailed specifications, system architecture diagrams, and integration mappings for the config and extensions.

 

Supervision Exercised

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may lead cross-functional project initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple departments and regions.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
  • Experience deploying, monitoring and managing extensions via ProActive.
  • Expert in Manhattan Configuration Tools, Config Director and deployment.
  • Expert in Postman scripting.
  • Knowledge in system integration with MIF to third party systems like ERP, TMS.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain/Warehouse Management Processes used in warehouses.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and capability to work under pressure.
