The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the National DCP Healthcare program. This role will be responsible for administrating the Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) and Wellness Benefits.

Ensures efficiency of daily warehouse services and personnel assigned.  Responsible for supervising and monitoring the activities of second shift selectors and equipment in accordance company service requirements on a daily basis.   Location: Groveland, FL  Schedule:Sunday - Wednesday, 5:00 pm start time Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus potential. The Sr. Financial Analyst will have ownership of the budgeting, reporting and strategic analysis for the operations of the business. The SFA will be the primary point of contact, within finance, for leadership at their assigned distribution centers. The SFA will provide company stakeholders with an understanding of the key operational drivers in variances to budget and forecast, being the subject matter expert on all things relating to the operations of their distribution centers. This will necessitate regular coordination with various levels of leadership across finance and operations, to ensure alignment. Additionally, the Analyst will play a large role in developing robust financial models, pro-forma financial statements, and other requirements as part of high-visibility operations initiatives. This role requires strong intellectual curiosity and financial modeling skillsets, as well as exceptional people skills as it involves regular interaction with senior leadership.

This position will provide support to the Program Management team as needed based upon priorities of the Department and the direction of the Senior Program Manager.  Assist with administrative needs such as preparing new material forms, pulling sales data, and overall assistance in the management of Dunkin Brands new, test, and Limited Time Offers (LTO) items into the NDCP system.    Item portfolio could include food, beverage and/or packaging categories. This position will work in partnership with Dunkin Brands and NDCP cross functional departments and suppliers to maintain an efficient, best-in-class LTO deployment process for new product introductions.    Location: Bellingham, MA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus potential. Perform cycle counts within all areas of the warehouse as well as compile and report all findings to the management team.  Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels.  Ensure transaction in the system are accurately and timely executed.  Ensure Inventory Adjustments are documented, accurately and timely posted.  Collaborate with Operational Teams to ensure compliance and best practice procedures are adhered to.   Location: Twinsburg, OH Schedule: Sunday schedule 6 hours, start time 8am to 2pm. The Pricing Analyst is responsible for the pricing process, including calculating sell-side pricing and reviewing buy-side pricing. Reporting to the Supervisor, Finance – Pricing, the Analyst provides analytical and financial support to the Finance team on price changes and ensures price changes are properly maintained in the system. This individual requires strong analytical skills, a pricing and/or finance background, and strong attention to detail. The position is responsible for gathering data using SAP and NDCP’s data warehouse, analyzing information, and preparing presentation data in Excel. This individual should have a strong sense of urgency and be self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills to work closely with multiple departments across the company.

Resource is responsible for supporting ongoing enterprise-wide IT-related project activities, tickets, requests, and program accordingly to ensure they effectively support the organization’s current as well as future business needs and strategy around SAP landscape, SAP Upgrade and all related add on and bolt on technologies.
