Location: Duluth, GA (Hybrid) 3 days a week in office

Position Summary:

The Manager of FP&A Reporting and Analytics will play a critical role in the transformation of enterprise forecasting and reporting capabilities, with a strong focus on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration and user adoption. This role will consolidate reporting and forecasting responsibilities across FP&A, and will serve as a key partner to Finance, IT, and Operations in driving data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and system modernization

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition from Planful to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for forecasting and reporting, including the design and implementation of a rolling forecast model.
  • Champion SAC usage across Finance and the broader organization, ensuring adoption, training, and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT to define and translate business requirements into technical specifications, support development cycles, and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, reporting automation, and master data governance.
  • Play a critical role in the ECC to S/4HANA upgrade, ensuring Finance readiness and alignment with enterprise architecture.  Understand data structures in SAP (material masters, account assignments) lineage into Datawarehouse and into final models for GL and KPI reporting.  Ability to correct for improved reporting visibility.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that support strategic planning and operational performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights on supply chain dynamics, sourcing performance, and margin optimization.
  • Manage and mentor a Senior Financial Analyst, fostering professional development and analytical excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or business intelligence roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4 preferred).
  • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, data cleansing / regression, and rolling forecast models.
  • Familiarity with data table and query structures, and ability to manipulate and transform data from source queries into formats usable in FP&A processes.
  • High level of expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (ex. Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in foodservice distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain-heavy industries.
  • Demonstrated success in leading system transitions or enterprise software rollouts.
  • Strong grasp of master data management and its impact on financial reporting and operations.
