Resource is responsible for supporting ongoing enterprise-wide IT-related project activities, tickets, requests, and program accordingly to ensure they effectively support the organization’s current as well as future business needs and strategy around SAP landscape, SAP Upgrade and all related add on and bolt on technologies.

1. Develop and deliver Sap ABAP development related task needed for enterprise projects working with application team and enterprise team.
2. Collaborate with IT managers for business improvement changes, tickets and requested and keep them updated with progress.
3. Collaborate with SAP Development manager for SAP system maintenance, security and overall health checks and upgrades to keep systems up to date by working with application team and vendor.
4. Work on various technical upgrades- configuration, programming, FUT, Cutover task, Go Live and hyper care.
5. Work on incidents and requests related to web portal and deliver as per SLA.
6. Keep looking for improvements to support the goals of the company’s technological alignment efforts.
7. Communicate effectively with business and translate technology to business wherever possible.
8. Work on the SAP ECC Upgrade to S4 Hana.
9. Ensure thorough completion of assigned work items and tasks.
10. Update reporting manager with works, assignments, and time offs.
11. Maintain good standing on all compliance related matters (i.e., assigned mandatory trainings, actions required from audits, corporate policies, etc.)
12. Perform all additional duties and responsibilities based on the direction and guidance of supervisor.
13. Ensure necessary working environment and capabilities to effectively carry out responsibilities if working from an Alternative Work Location.

5+ years of progressively responsible experience in implementing SAP ABAP systems, technical programming, system conversion and system integration specially in distribution industry.

Specifically experience in:

1. Strong ABAP with SAP ECC & Integration experience with third party interfaces.
2. Experience in three or more areas of Supply Chain (SD/MM) & Finance (AR/AP/GL, FM).
3. Extensive ABAP development experience – ABAP Workbench, Enhancements and Modifications, Report Programming, Authorizations, Interfaces, Workflow, Performance Tuning, experience in SAP ABAP web dynpro applications.
4. experience with transaction development (Dynpro/module pool), SAP code background job debugging,
5. Function exits and subroutine exits), ALE, IDOC, report painter, BAPI, BADI.
6. Experience in SAP ECC EHP8 or S4 upgrade is desired.
7. Strong experience successfully defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
8. Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent deliverables Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
9. Professional level verbal and written communication skills, Willingness to seek out and implement coaching and guidance instruction from others
